This Privacy Policy explains how we use information we collect from you when you use our site. We have put in place a number of physical, electronic, and managerial safeguarding procedures to secure the information we collect online. We keep our Privacy Policy under regular review. 1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND WHAT DO WE DO WITH IT?

We collect email addresses, phone numbers and names when you sign up to our online database. We ask individuals to positively opt-in in order to send regular marketing communications, news of special offers and discounts, events and anything else we think you might be interested in. You may unsubscribe at any time. We use Google Analytics to automatically collect information about visitor behaviour on our website. This can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This is used to inform statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual. This information allows us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. This data may be used to deliver customised content and targeted advertising to customers whose behaviour indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

We utilise the services of third-party provider software to provide services to you and that can involve the sharing of some of your information which may be hosted on third-party servers outside the UK.   • Squarespace - to build and host the website as well as send you email newsletters if you have signed up to our database by positively opting in. You may unsubscribe from our email newsletters at any time.

  • Google Analytics – this stores information about what pages are visited, how long is spent on the site, how visitors got here and what they click on. This analytics data is collected via a tracking tag in the pages of our site and is not tied to personally identifiable information.

  • Facebook & Instagram - we occasionally pay for online advertising which may include targeted geo tagging in line with the individual platform’s GDPR compliance. 

We often look at what an individual views or shares on social media and can occasionally market to them with offers on related products and services. We have vetted the security of these services as being of good quality. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these companies on their websites. If you do not wish your details to be shared in this capacity, you must tell us at the time of booking with us.
